VeganBurg is the world’s first vegan burger fast food chain restaurant. They serve savory and nourishing fast food items. As their chain was growing, so they needed to develop strong e-commerce base for their business with an aim of providing online ordering to their customers. They needed a specialized technology to centralize their marketing tools to make their business reuse the information for various marketing channels. They wanted to have a system with ability of making their website entrants to share its URL with friends. In order to strengthen their e-commerce presence, an affiliate program feature also needed to be there. For supporting the value chain of effective customer loyalty programs, VeganBurg wanted to have a loyalty management system. To get the holistic view of their marketing and sales plan, campaign builder was also needed to be developed. Solution

VeganBurg knocked the doors of Back Check Tech to satisfy all of their expectations related to development of an effective e-commerce system. We developed a web marketing solution to promote their business brand via the effective utilization of web-related channels. We developed a feature of Share / Refer a Friend to have the viral reach of their business promotions. In order to make their business achieve more search engine ranking, more traffic and more sales, we added Affiliate Program feature to their e-commerce website. LINS Smoodees™ is a chain of The Healing Concierge that helps seekers of natural healing therapies. For improving their online presence, they wanted to have a re-vamp of their e-commerce website. For managing their customer relations in a better way, there was a need of developing an effective e-commerce platform that would integrate with a CRM solution. This integration was needed in order to centralize their marketing, sales, inventory management and customer support functions. There was a need of developing a dependable and powerful CMS. For their growing e-commerce business, one the major things in operational workflow that they essentially needed was a system for order management. They wanted to provide their users an ease of online registration for event or workshop.
